How we score plant based milk.
Each product starts at a NOVA baseline (96 / 78 / 58 / 32 for groups 1–4). We deduct 4 points per additive and small amounts for very long ingredient lists. Source: Open Food Facts (ODbL). Where a NOVA group isn't yet recorded, we mark the score "estimated" and dash the dial — we don't fake a verified number.
